These precision molds and products are widely used in various industries, such as daily chemical packaging (e.g., high-end cosmetic bottle caps), medical consumables (e.g., medical neck-type bottle closures), smart robotics (e.g., precision sensor housings), automotive components (e.g., driver-side knee interior trim), telecommunications equipment (e.g., router housings), and fully automated gardening equipment (e.g., lawnmower control panels and irrigation system components). Guangxi Hongchao Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Beiliu City, Yulin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB and has completed construction investments totaling 160 million RMB. Hongchao bought the land and built the industrial park. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters, providing a solid foundation for efficient, large-scale production.
Guangxi Hongchao Industrial specializes in the technical research and innovation of molds, taking “pursuit of excellence” as its core principle and adhering to the business philosophy of “integrity and commitment, customer first.” The company has successively obtained certifications including ISO9001 for quality management systems and IATF16949 for automotive industry quality management systems. In 2024, it was officially recognized as a high-tech enterprise, possessing core capabilities in the development of precision molds. The company comprises several specialized departments: the Mold Design Department (equipped with a team of senior engineers who use software for 3D modeling and simulation analysis), the Mold Machining Department (which boasts machining centers from brands such as MAKINO, enabling high-precision machining of complex cavities), and the Mold Injection Molding Department (equipped with injection molding machines from HAITIAN, capable of precision molding using engineering plastics like ABS and PP). Together, these departments enable the company to provide customers with end-to-end integrated services—from product concept design and mold development, through trial mold debugging, to mass production and delivery—ensuring efficient project advancement and consistent quality.

The production workshops have now adopted an efficient “one person operating multiple machines” model.
