    Technical Summary:

    Integrating optical mold design, high-performance material applications, ultra-precision machining, and advanced composite manufacturing technologies. Mold fabrication focuses on the lens’s high light transmittance, surface precision (zero refractive power/zero astigmatism), and impact resistance. 
    Process Focus: Ultra-smooth cavity machining, employing a stepwise process of “mechanical polishing + manual fine polishing.” First, knife marks are removed using grinding wheels and oil stones (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), followed by fine polishing with diamond polishing paste to achieve an ultra-smooth mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm). This ensures that the lens has a light transmittance ≥ 90% and is free from scratches and orange-peel defects. 
     

    Production Highlights:

    Ultra-smooth cavity polishing (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm) combined with a DLC coating reduces melt adhesion, extending the mold’s service life to over 500,000 cycles. The mold is designed with quick-change insert interfaces, allowing users to adapt to different curvatures and specifications of full-face or half-face helmet lenses by simply replacing the inserts, thereby enhancing the mold’s versatility.
